Form of discipline is too hard on the children - who usually do parents young age - should not be done. Can cause mental influence in the future. That's the conclusion of a survey of parents and the child's aggressive behavior by Murray Straus, a sociologist from the University of New Hampshire to 991 parents.

According to the survey, yelling and threatening were the most common form of aggression committed parents. Compared to more extreme measures, such as threatening, cursing, and calling the rough with the call stupid, lazy and so on, then snap it mostly done.

Not just for kids, baby got snapped. But usually the younger the age of parents, the more often they do 'disciplinary action' is.

From the survey, 90% admitted to other forms of psychological aggression during the first two years of age. And 75% of them confessed to shouting or yelling at children. A quarter of parents swearing or cursing her, and about 6% even threatened to expel the child.

According to Straus, this action brings the long-term psychological effects for the child, although not legally be called child abuse. But the indirect impact is visible and usually only discovered after they grew older.

Straus added that psychological aggression can be difficult to make children adapt or even behave badly, because of various factors. For example, a lack of confidence, or otherwise, becomes a rebel.

But the most concern is if they do the same thing to their children someday. And if, psychologically, the behavior of children who should be repaired, not shouted at and reprimanded.
